Location: Las Vegas, Nevada Pay Rate: TBD/Hour; Minimum 2 year project
Hours: M–F 8AM-5PM, some evenings and weekends may be required

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree in a social or behavioral science program with a minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of work experience in a related field, with one of the years in a supervisory position or a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of one (1) to three (3) years or work experience in a related field with two of the years in a supervisory position; the ability to demonstrate experience in computer and/or data entry skills; personal & reliable vehicle; driver’s license; vehicle registration; insurance; social security card; extensive background check.

The position: The ideal applicant will provide evidence of superior center administration including: (1) assuring the meticulous documentation of rule and regulation compliance; (2) managing, training, and maintaining the superior performance among staff in regards to case management including but not limited to: diagnosis, group and individual treatment, and wrap-around referral regarding: career/vocational training, mental health, substance abuse, and community integration; (3) acting as a liaison with supportive services; (4) managing the physical facility; (5) developing specific goals, priorities, and plans to accomplish your work; (6) knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosing, treating, and rehabilitating physical and mental dysfunctions and career counseling and guidance; (7) monitoring and controlling resources; (8) maintaining supportive interactions with clients prone to verbal and physical confrontation; (9) being dependable and on call to address any problems that may arise at the facility during non-work hours.
